Stud walls to seamless marble — one Gladden crew, start to finish.
From a phone call to the walk-through. No surprise people, no surprise prices, no day-of upcharges.
Talk through what you want. Ballpark numbers, no commitment, no sales follow-up.
Jim measures, checks the subfloor, brings samples, and writes the real number on paper.
Pick samples together. Order. Acclimate on-site if the species needs it.
The specialist crew for the trade runs the install. Jim checks in, you get daily updates, everything else gets protected.
We walk it together. Final price matches the estimate. Anything off, we fix it.

A short list of the designers, builders, and local companies we trust — and who trust us with their clients' floors.
The things people usually want to know before picking a flooring contractor. Don't see your question? Give us a call.
A single room is usually one or two days. A whole downstairs in hardwood runs more like four to seven working days once you count prep, acclimation, and finish. I'll give you a real timeline with the estimate — not a guess.
Yes. Tear-out, haul-off, subfloor prep, trim, and transitions are all in the quote unless I specifically tell you otherwise. You shouldn't have to rent a dumpster for this.
Yes. I come out, measure, walk through your options, and send a written price. No fee, no pressure, no 'we'll knock ten percent off if you sign today' nonsense.
Clayton, Garner, Smithfield, Flowers Plantation, Wendell, Knightdale, Raleigh, Cary, Apex — basically Johnston County and east Wake. If you're close to that, call and ask.
I don't finance in-house, no. A couple of the outfits I know do offer payment plans though — call me and I can point you to one that's been straight with my customers.
Most of the time, yes. Species, width, and finish matter — bring me a photo or a board and I'll tell you straight whether we can blend it in or whether it's going to look patched no matter what.
